2012 William Jones Cup Live Update and Results

Watch the 2012 William Jones Cup! Smart Gilas Pilipinas will battle it out at the upcomg Asian BAsketball tournament. Smart Gilas Pilipinas is a developmental Philippine national basketball team sponsored by Smart Communications and the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP).

The 34th Edition of William Jones Cup will be held from August 18-26 at Taipei, Taiwan.

Last year on the 33rd edition of the event, SMART-Gilas, coached by Rajko Toroman and led by Douthit, finished third in the Jones Cup. The team played nine games in nine days, winning six, as part of its preparation for the 2011 FIBA Asia Championship.

Meanwhile, Chris Wang from Asia-Basket.com shared an idea on where to watch a live streaming of William Jones Cup. According to Mr. Wang he's not sure though if it's applicable to all region if you install PPS.TV. Here's his statement.

But I do know that if you install this software PPS.tv, which is very popular in Taiwan and China, you could watch the game live on Taiwans sports channel Videoland ().
