PlayStation 3 (PS3) is not supported by Elgato Game Capture HD60

Elgato Game Capture HD60 can't capture any PlayStation 3 (PS3) gameplay.

Elgato Game Capture HD60 only accepts unencrypted HDMI input that doesn't protect the signal via HDCP.

The PS3 outputs video via HDMI that is protected via HDCP.

That means that Elgato Game Capture HD60 cannot capture any video from the PS3.

To capture PS3 gameplay, you can use the original Elgato Game Capture HD hardware, along with a special PS3 cable that comes with that unit. That older Elgato Game Capture HD unit captures a Component/D-Terminal signal from the PS3that is analog, and therefore not protected via HDCP.

Be live.

Nothing beats sharing your journey right when it happens. The built-in Live Streaming feature gets you up and running on Twitch, YouTube or Ustream in a snap, but it doesn't stop there.
Now, Stream Command puts you in charge: easily add your webcam and overlays, and change your stream layout on-the-fly with scenes. Add your voice with the built-in Live Commentary feature, and you're all set for the big show.
